Each wrist and each ankle goes in one of the four loops, and the steel ring in the centre brings them together. The loops come ready assembled and adjust to fit each person. You get the hogtie position without learning to tie knots.

How to use the Sei Mio Knot Going Anywhere

- Adjust each loop so it holds without being tight. You should be able to fit a couple of fingers between the rope and the skin.
- Check hands and feet throughout. If they get cold, tingle or change colour, loosen straight away.
- Release the loops as soon as the other person asks.
Cleaning
Hand wash with lukewarm water and a mild soap, and let the rope air dry before storing it.
